MEET THE BOARD
Vicki Sourdry
Board President
She received a Bachelor of Science in Sociology at the University of Oregon. She is a published author and the owner of a small business in Veneta, Oregon. Earlier, she worked in finance and purchasing for a Fortune 500 company and was a purchasing manager and special projects manager for a window manufacturing company. She volunteers with the Friends of the Fern Ridge Library and is a member of the Ridge Writers writer’s group. She is the business manager and a member of the Reader's Theater troupe.
Marti Stevens Byers
Artistic/Executive Director
Marti has over 50 years of experience with acting, directing, and producing theater. She has created several theater companies on the west coast, both non-profit and professional as well as teaching drama and theater to all ages and backgrounds. She brings a wealth of theater knowledge to the Board.
Ellen Rutherford Childs
Secretary
Ellen supports grant writing, fundraising, and is a member of our Readers Theater Troupe.

Kelli Krieschel
Member
A Denver native, Kelli is a professional stage manager and costumer. She has worked with a wide range of ages and experiences in educational and community theatre. She also has a vast background in customer service, management and education. With us, works works to support stage management, costumes, fundraising, tech.
Jan Stephens
Member
Offspring of UCLA trained parents who majored in Theater. Created theater experiences for children and adults through life time of 65 years; from neighborhood productions on the front yard lawn to small Community Theater in remote locations. Incorporating skills as an Oregon Licensed Massage Therapist, since 2012, with experience as an International Folk Dance Instructor, since 2000, to create a dance class at ART for women's health.
Mike Plumb
Member
He is a pastor, co-owner of Studio 7, and a retired contractor. He is currently on medical hiatus.
